Piaggio Fast Forward, a subsidiary of the iconic Vespa manufacturer, launched Gita, an innovative spherical robot designed to follow users and carry up to 40 pounds of their belongings. As part of this groundbreaking project, Imaginary Forces hired me to orchestrate the creation of Gita's digital presence, encompassing both its website and mobile application.
As the User Experience Lead, I collaborated closely with Imaginary Forces' owner Peter Frankfurt and Executive Creative Director Tosh Kodama to develop Gita's digital strategy. My role involved leading the UX design for both the website and app, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all digital touchpoints. This responsibility required a deep understanding of both the product's unique features and the target audience's needs.
Working within the framework of Piaggio's legacy of innovation and Imaginary Forces' creative vision, we crafted user experiences that showcased Gita's capabilities and resonated with consumers. This project demonstrated how emerging technologies can be introduced to consumers through thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences.
